The Love Fix

Jun 24, 2022

It’s all about codependency this week as Carla and Sherry start the episode with a Love Fix question about how to grow even further in your relationship as you are in codependency recovery and in therapy. They then welcome Nancy L. Johnson, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner in private practice in Lexington, VA. Nancy gives some sage insight from her over 44 years of clinical experience on bringing awareness to our patterns, and why she prefers to look at codependent behaviors on a continuum. Nancy also talks about self-recovery, self-attunement, and how we can begin looking internally for validation.
