The Love Fix

Dec 31, 2021

Sherry and Carla share their intentions for the New Year and take a Love Fix question about how to know where to even begin where there are so many trauma treatments out there. Then, they welcome Clinical Psychologist, Author, and Trauma Specialist Dr. Heidi Green. She discusses why it’s so important to recognize and work on our trauma, and how every one of us has some type of trauma from our experience with family or just being out in the world. Dr. Heidi also talks with Carla and Sherry about how we project our trauma onto romantic relationships, trauma bonding, and what anxious and avoidants really need from each other to heal and grow.
